Welcome to
our family farm market!
We are a small
family owned and operated farm in Wilmington, Ohio centrally located between
Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio. Marcia, Brad, daughter Ashley, and sons Brandon,
Bryant and Brady and grandson Ethan all pitch in to seed, plant, tend, hoe, pull weeds, harvest and
care for our crops in the fields and greenhouses. We believe that raising our
children on the farm helps them to learn a good work ethic, it provides them the
opportunity to work next to their parents, brothers and sister, and helps
them build good personal skills by working with customers at the home Farm
Market and at Farmers Market. Hopefully after all the work there is a little
money left at the end of the season to go to the children's college funds. In the
fall season we offer school and group tours to educate
others the importance of farms, farmers and raising livestock and crops in everyone's everyday lives.

Our Growing Practices....
We grow our crops by using Organic, Sustainable,
Conventional and Integrated Pest Management methods and
practices. We drip irrigate all of our crops, out of our
new 1 million gallon farm pond, which
reduces plant stress, resulting in a decrease in pest and
disease problems as well as increasing the quality, size and
sugar levels of our vegetable and berry crops. We make
several plantings of each vegetable and melon crop
throughout the season so that we are always harvesting a
fresh crop that is not infected with disease or insect pests
and is of much higher quality for our customers. |
